OUR POLICIES
In-Store Pickup
- A valid photo ID is required to pick up any in-store pickup order.
- Returns and exchanges may only be completed by the account holder.
- Returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or as store credit.
- Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 90 days of being marked fulfilled. Orders not collected within 90 days will be refunded to the original form of payment and the items will be returned to store inventory.
- If you would like a third party to pick up your order, you must grant permission by leaving a note on your order or by contacting us by phone or email.
- Fusion Gaming reserves the right to refuse release of any order to anyone other than the account holder. If the account holder is unable to pick up their order, the order may be shipped to the billing address on file. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
Domestic
- All orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Orders ship Monday to Friday at approximately 1:30 PM.
- In the event of a postal service disruption, Fusion Gaming will hold orders until service resumes or will communicate alternate options when available.
- Fusion Gaming is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers and does not provide refunds for items that arrive outside estimated delivery times.
International
- Shipping times vary depending on destination.
- Fusion Gaming is not responsible for any customs or duty fees required to complete international deliveries. Combining Orders

- Multiple orders placed within a short period may be combined and shipped as a single package.
- In this case, any excess shipping charges will be refunded, less the appropriate shipping cost.

- Cancelling pre-order items may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Switching from Shipping to In-Store Pickup
- Orders originally placed for shipping that are later changed to in-store pickup may be subject to a fee for shipping supplies already used.
- This amount will be deducted from the original shipping charge prior to any refund.
Pre-Order Pricing
- If the price of a pre-ordered item decreases on Fusion Gaming’s website prior to the product’s ship date, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit if a refund is not available.
- No refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued for pre-ordered items on or after the product’s ship date.
- Exceptions apply only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
General Exchanges and Refunds
- Manufacturer-sealed items may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Opened items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are manufacturer-defective.
Lost Packages
- Fusion Gaming is not responsible for packages shipped without tracking and insurance. This includes “Singles Only” letter mail and Canada Post Standard shipping.
- Expedited shipping options with tracking and full insurance are available at checkout.

Sealed Products
- All sealed products are guaranteed to arrive intact.
- Please contact us within 5 business days if any item in your shipment arrives damaged.
- Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Items must be returned within 5 business days of damage confirmation.
- Returns received after 5 business days will incur an additional 10% penalty.
- Returns received after 30 business days are not eligible for a refund.
Singles
- Due to constant market price fluctuations, all single card sales are final once shipped or picked up.
- If your order has not yet shipped or been picked up, the entire order may be cancelled and refunded to the original form of payment.

Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued once your return has been received and processed.
- Please allow up to 20 business days to receive your refund.
- This timeframe includes:
Return transit time (5–10 business days),
Return processing time (3–5 business days), and
Bank processing time.
