How to recover your account
To better serve you, our new website will enhance the user experience with wider currency selection, new payment methods and many more conveniences!
- What happens to my account and store credit? Don't worry store credit balances tied to your original account email address! Create a new account on this site with the same email address you originally used. Follow the account creation instructions in your email of junk folder and your store credit balance will be listed under My account.
- What happens to my existing order or buylist? Any outstanding order or buylist from the original website will still be fulfilled as normal. Please be patient with us if you experience delays with fulfillment during our transition.
- And my Wishlist? Unfortunately, Wishlist items cannot be transferred over. Our new website will be able to save new wishlist items.
